- Community courts to bring swifter, visible justice, and “payback” for crimes committed.
- NHS waiting times down to 18 months from GP to treatment, with nine-week maximum waits for physiotherapy, pscyhologists, etc.
- No change to Holyrood’s powers and a pledge to work with, not against, Westminster.
